Policies

PAYMENT OF FEES, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND:
Advance at the time of the reservation, and final payment can be made either via Zelle, wire transfer or personal check. 50% of venue rent is due at signing of the agreement. Full and final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Fee paid is nonrefundable unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event date. 50% of the money paid as advance will be refunded if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event date.

RESTRICTIONS – Following items are prohibited at our venue:

  • Poppers / confetti that hit the ceiling or walls
  • Wet décor supplies that could smudge / discolor the floor
  • Smoke, fog, cold sparklers and any similar party attractions that could potentially damage the interior
  • Tape or any form of adhesive (painter’s tape, gaffer’s tape, command strips etc) to any surface (walls, floors, ceiling, stage, furniture)
  • We do not have a kitchen – On site cooking or food processing is not allowed
  • On site cleaning of serveware, dinnerware is not allowed
  • Excessive noise from DJ. Maximum decibel level is 90 dB until 9:30 pm, and 105 dB between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm.

SERVING ALCHOHOL DURING THE EVENT:
A TABC licensed bartender must be present while serving alcohol at the event.

INDEMNIFICATION:
All renters are required to carry liability insurance, sign Indemnification, Release, and Waiver of Liability Agreement – Exhibit A of the agreement.

VENDOR POLICY:
We have a select list of vendors that we consider as “in-house vendors”. For the convenience of our customers, we strive to update this list of select vendors regularly. Use of in-house vendors is mandatory across all plans. Our in-house vendors add a lot of convenience to the renter. However, exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis subject to the vendors meeting our requirements and conditions. Outside vendors will be allowed upon payment of a vendor exception fee as below:

  1. Caterer Exception Fee: $200 per event or $2.50 per guest whichever is higher
  2. Decorator Exception Fee: $100 For décor that is set up in less than 1.5 hour and $200 for décor that needs setup time in excess of 1.5 hours.
  3. Photographer , Videographer, Make-up Artist Exception fee: $50 per vendor
  4. DJ or Bartender exception fee: $100

All outside vendors hired to perform at our venue must agree to comply with our requirements and condition. All vendors are required to carry General liability insurance. DJ performers must be aware of the Town of Little Elm noise ordinance and must agree to comply with the same.
